I thought perhaps asking here might reach some people who have found a workaround for this specific application. I've been looking for Mac-friendly solutions to this problem, and I've been coming up empty. (In case it'll help a PC user who comes across this topic later, there's more guidance on that process in this article from the University of Wisconsin.) It's clunky, but it's a fine workaround.if you have a PC, which I don't.

I made the decision to switch to LastPass, thinking I could easily import my KeePass database files since LastPass supports importing. (Back story summary: the app name was reported as copyright infringement since it was unrelated to the KeePass desktop software and Apple seems to have eventually pulled it from the App Store) It sounds like due to some naming issues, it's no longer being supported after 2020.
